General Terms and Conditions of this rewards program 

Introduction 

These Rewards Terms and Conditions explain how you can earn Points on your Account and redeem these Points.  

This agreement is willingly entered into between Fast Track Communications Pty Limited (FTC) and the (The Client) Sales representative as the parties specified in this agreement. The qualification process and redemption of the rewards applicable to this agreement are listed in this agreement. 

The rewards covered by this agreement are provided by FTC subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions is permitted unless expressly accepted by a Director of FTC in writing.

1. Representations

Whilst FTC takes every care and precaution in the preparation of its marketing materials, technical brochures, price lists, and its other literature, these documents are for general guidance only. The sales representative agrees that they have not relied on any representation made by FTC which has not been expressly stated in this agreement or upon any catalogue, technical circulars, price lists or other literature produced by FTC. 

2. Definitions 

Reward means the goods and services described in the current promotional material or otherwise offered by Fast Track communications from time to time. 

Rewards Balance is your current Points balance. 

Rewards Program means the Reward program offered by us as described in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Participation and Agreement

You are eligible to participate in the Rewards Program if you are an individual employed in a sales or account management role and your terms of employment and management does not expressly exclude you from participation. 

4. Awarding of Points

Each registered opportunity that Fast Track provides a quote for more than $5000 ex GST to the end client will earn 200 points. 

Each quote that is accepted by the end client will earn a further 200 points.  

A registered opportunity can be for any of the service that Fast Track provide. Video Conferencing, Data and electrical cabling are all eligible. 

Fast Track may not choose to quote on every registered opportunity. A formal assessment process is applied to every opportunity Fast Track is offered to ensure that we can deliver an appropriate competitive solution to every client. 

No points will be awarded if Fast Track decide not to provide quote. 

The size of the opportunity does not affect the number of points awarded.  

Eligible opportunities will earn points as soon as the quote is issued to the client and when the quote is formally accepted by Fast Track receiving a purchase Order. 

There is no maximum number of points that may be awarded to your Account. 

5. Redemption of points

You can redeem points once they have been allocated to your Rewards Balance. 

There is no expiry date on any points earned.  

Please contact Fast Track to claim any of the rewards. 

Points have no monetary value and do not constitute your property. 

Points are not transferable, but points may be redeemed to take an additional person if desired. 

The Points you redeem will be deducted from your Rewards Balance. 

We may decide to cancel or change one of the rewards. If we do this, we will provide an alternate reward of at least equal value.  

If you make a request to redeem Points for Rewards, this request cannot be reversed cancelled or changed after it has been accepted. 

When you redeem Points for a Reward, you may nominate a third party to receive the Reward (any Rewards which contain alcohol cannot be given to persons under 18). 

6. Disputed account balance 

Evidence to the number of Points which you have been awarded in respect of an Eligible Transaction, such a dispute must be made within 6 months of the date of the Eligible Transaction if you wish to dispute your points balance.  

7. General 

We give no warranty and accept no responsibility as to the ultimate tax treatment of Rewards. You will need to check with your tax advisor whether receiving a Reward affects your tax situation. 

We are not responsible for any death or injury, loss or consequential loss from redeeming a reward. 

We give no warranty (whether express or implied) whatsoever with respect to Rewards provided by third parties. Rewards will normally come with warranties from the supplier of the Rewards and any claims in respect of those Rewards should be made with those suppliers. In particular, we do not represent that any particular Reward is suitable for the purpose for which you intend to use it.  

8. Exclusions

FTC makes no express warranties beyond those stated in these terms and conditions. All conditions and warranties implied by statute and common law are to the extent permitted by law expressly excluded.  

Notwithstanding anything else contained in these terms and conditions FTC will not be liable to the Client for loss of profits or contracts or other indirect or consequential loss whether arising from negligence, breach of contract or howsoever caused.   

9. Assignment

Neither FTC nor the client shall assign or transfer or purport to assign or transfer this agreement or the benefits thereof to any other person or company without the written consent of the other.   

10. Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law in force in New South Wales in Australia and all disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales in Australia.
