Fast Track Communications was approached by Telstra to upgrade the cabling infrastructure at Coca-Cola Amatil’s Distribution Centres. This project involved delivering ongoing upgrades and installations across CCA’s distribution centres, manufacturing plants, and grinder coffee offices.
The specific works included:
- Copper and Fibre cabling
- Electrical and power works
- Communication cabinet installations
- UPS installations
- Patch panel and patching works
- WAP installation works
- Investigatory onsite works for any of the above
Since many of these locations operate 24/7, FTC had to perform the upgrades during planned shutdown periods, making efficient use of the limited time available.

Our primary goal was to ensure that any issues with CCA’s cabling infrastructure were resolved efficiently and effectively. Due to the widespread and sometimes remote locations of CCA’s facilities, FTC often had to extend its network reach or source local contractors.

To maintain productivity, we proactively communicated with each site manager and built dependable relationships.
