Mark is a founding partner and board member of Fast Track Communications, bringing over 30 years of experience in electrical and communications infrastructure.
As Sales Director, Mark leads the business development team — working closely with corporate businesses and government agencies to design and deliver large-scale infrastructure cabling solutions that meet complex technical and compliance requirements.
Gavin Maher / Founding Partner & Operations Director
Gavin is a founding partner and board member of Fast Track Communications, with a background spanning data centre, electrical, and communications infrastructure installations.
Having transitioned from client-facing delivery to running the business, Gavin now oversees all aspects of Fast Track’s internal systems, finance, and administration ensuring the operational foundation that underpins every project we deliver.
Brad Nicholas / Operations Director & Business Partner
Brad is a board member and business partner at Fast Track Communications, bringing over 30 years of experience in communications and telephony infrastructure.
As Operations Director, Brad works closely with the management team and clients to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Paul Tinta / Director
Paul brings a career-long background in communications and facilities infrastructure to his role as Director at Fast Track Communications.
With extensive experience managing large-scale and varied communications and facilities projects, Paul now focuses on the strategic development and management of key business systems driving the operational growth of Fast Track from the inside out.

Ashlee Ball
Ashlee brings over 30 years of IT industry experience to Fast Track Communications, having joined the business in 2009 to build and lead the Unified Communications and AV/VC technology practice.
Over 16 years, Ashlee has overseen hundreds of technology projects establishing AV/VC as an integral part of Fast Track’s service offering for government, corporate, and commercial clients.
Ryan Baughurst
Ryan brings a unique combination of leadership and technical expertise to Fast Track Communications. Transitioning from leading infantry teams in the British Army to hands-on delivery of structured cabling and data centre projects.
Having progressed from Data Technician to Leading Hand on major client projects, Ryan now applies that field experience to developing smart, accurate estimates for scalable infrastructure solutions.
Renee Self
Renee manages accounts, administration, and HR across Fast Track Communications keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes with over six years of dedicated service.
Known for her commitment to excellence and attention to detail, Renee provides the operational support that underpins every project we deliver.
Adam Burkett
Adam brings over 20 years of experience in large-scale electrical and communications projects to his role at Fast Track Communications.
Starting as a field technician over a decade ago, Adam has progressed through the business to become a key member of the project team, overseeing the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects across a wide range of clients and environments.
Craig Flint
Craig brings 27 years of experience across electrical and data infrastructure to Fast Track Communications, where he has grown from hands-on field work to leading teams and major projects nationwide since 2012.
Backed by strong technical expertise and project leadership credentials, Craig delivers every job with skill, reliability, and calm under pressure.
Alex Moffitt
Alex brings over 15 years of experience in communications and AV project management to Fast Track Communications, where he has been a key member of the project team for the past seven years.
Alex has managed projects of varying scale and complexity delivering reliable infrastructure solutions for small, medium, and large corporations and government agencies.
Gary Cross
Gary brings over 30 years of communications industry experience to Fast Track Communications, where he has spent two decades progressing from field technician to Project Manager.
Backed by a Diploma in Project Management and a strong reputation with clients and colleagues alike, Gary is a highly respected member of the Fast Track project team.
Rickielea Tucker
Rickielea joined Fast Track Communications in an administration role and over ten years has built a career in project management driven by a commitment to growth, attention to detail, and strong client communication.
Now a key member of the project team, Rickielea manages some of Fast Track’s largest clients and specialises in the delivery of complex multi-site projects.
